TO VERIZON WIRELESS I am about to show my azz to yall. First, it took you all forever to open my account and ship my phone. Then, I went to Fed Ex and tried to pick up my phone but the dayum Fed Ex lady wouldn't give me my package because my drivers license didn't have the address that the package was shipped too. Next I called and spoke to two of your reps and you told me there was nothing you could do!!! WTH? Fed Ex said they couldn't release my phone because of rules made by Verizon. While still on hold I said to hayle with it and cancelled the account, it was not worth that much TROUBLE. I contacted your customer service center yesterday and was told that my equipment had been returned on 8/4 (mind you, I already know this because I have the Fed Ex tracking number.) and in 10 business days I should have a credit on my credit card account for the returned material. So today, I receive an email about a BILL!! WTH????

I started the account on 7/24 and cancelled on 8/1. Then I called the customer service center AGAIN and was told that it was an early termination fee. WHAT!!! The rep I spoke to didn't seem to know about your Worry Free Guarantee and Return Policy, so I politely told her about it. Just 15 mins. ago same rep emailed me and advised as soon as you all receive the equipment back you will remove the termination fee, ok, but ya'll already got ya'll equipment!!! Now remove the charges. I'll be dammed if ya'll are going to stick me with money I don't owe!! I ain't paying and this isht better not show up on my credit report (i'm trying to become a homeowner). If I have to call ya'll MOFOS every day for the next 15 days until I get the results I want, I will. I'm trying to be nice, but my patience is wearing REAL THIN!!!!! I am so thankful I am back with SPRINT, ya'll just don't know. I will not deal with VERIZON AGAIN!!!!!
