Honey honey honey...Pacific Beach is not the prostitute area...it's the beach area where college kids/young people/random old people live and is also a fun bar scene. You can drink on the beach here so pretty much every nice day on the weekends turns into one gigantic kegger. It's actually pretty fun, but there are definitely skanky "PB girls" and bums roaming around because it's a nice warm area. The day I see some girl turning tricks on the corner of Mission and Hornblend...I will definitely move far far away...
