We'll you know if they had to stop the bums from smoking on the boardwalk--then you dayum sure know the bathrooms are bucket nasty--they've ALWAYS been that way--every since I was a kid back in the 1970's...
That's why folks pee and crap in the ocean... Just bucket nasty...
And be careful when in those restrooms, don't go alone. Cuz folks go in and then they don't come out...
