Hehehe, especially us Southerners (I'm FROM texas, i'm just moved to Montreal!). We love and know how to cook! We had a church bbque a few weeks ago here in Montreal and they made hotdogs and hamburgers, pretty universal! But our preacher's wife who is from Alabama made baked beans and I made macaroni salad and they were just beside themselves. No fried chicken though.
