Which is exactly why I would suggest getting her some help. My dad passed when I was 11. My mom faced serious cancer when I was 19. If it had not been for a therapist I would have put a bullet through my brain or ODed a looong time ago. Due to having a friend kill himself, i knew I needed help and sought help on my own. Unfortunately everyone recognized the signs i was exhibiting but no one knew how to bring up the problem with me and it almost was too late. I really wish someone had suggested me getting therapy sooner. She may be pissed at you when you mention getting help, Craig, but later on down the line she will realize you potentially saved her life and she will thank you.
