Preferably someone who has been in the field for awhile (not just internships) with a strong working background with the severe mentally ill. This position also requires mostly fieldwork. It is a very very fast paced environment, and it would be ideal for someone who is able to handle difficult clients, difficult family members and difficult service providers independently (ie. not needing tons of supervision). I feel like I am always posting on here but I am not giving up hope that someday we will be able to find another MSW out there to make our program even better
