I don't want to discount anything, but I believe the anthrax cases could be the work of some psycho American. They know that people are more on edge these days, and they think this is funny.
It's how they get their 15 minutes of fame in their twisted little minds. I hope they track down the person or people responsible soon, and when they do expose them to anthrax without antibiotics.
