While we're at it, I'd like to voice my displeaure at people who put commas and periods outside the quotes, such as:
Susie said, "Hey, I think you're really swell".
FOR THE LOVE OF PUNCTUATION, STOP DOING THAT.
Also, WTF is up with people who think "each other" is one word? IT IS NOT.
