Honesty
I would definately tell my fiancee. I know that it sounds easier said than done, but I would have to let him know. If I was faithful to him only, then he may have it as well or he could have been the one to give it to me. A friend of mine, was in a situation similar to this. She had an STD and before she and her now fiance got together, she told him about it. At first, he was upset, but then in a couple of days, he told her how much he cared for her and that he was there for her. 2 weeks later, they began to date and now they are to be married!!!!
My advice would be to seek guidance from God first before telling your fiancee about this. Also seek advice from a professional if you feel the additional help is needed. Be prepared for the worst outcome. Then go from there!
