) If you are truly interested in becoming a member of that organization, there are other ways to go about it, like joining a grad chapter.
You say that you don't know any other members in the chapter. Why? Have you been to any of their programs/events? Have you introduced yourself to any of them?
You say she's 'blackballed' you, but who's to say what will happen unless you try? If you don't make it, dust yourself off and try again. If you don't make it during your undergrad years, then you can always try grad chapter.
