Our latest colonization was similar to the one ErikaXO described. But, the sorority did do the whole NPC expansion thing, and we had to present, along with other groups as well. This was done b/c there wasn't an interest group per se, but there were more women going through recruitment than the sororities could deal with. So after the other sororities' formal recruitment, we had 2 weeks of recruitment, and we got 30 women. It was pretty awesome.
