Kicked off fund drive a year ago, seeking $1 million, and raised $1.1 mil in less than a year. Now raising goal to $1.3 mil.
Their theme: "the right dream at the right time."
Four alumni - Charles Holliday '67, Daniel McGehee '63, Scott McWilliams '78, and Tom Smith '78 - have given over $100,000 each.
Their existing house was completed in the mid-'60s, and their list of givers to date shows almost no alumni from before then have given.
The drive was aided by Omega Financial in Columbus, GA.
