Green Book gurus, and especially Bama advisors, would have a much better handle on this, but I was under the impression that quota is established based on recommended quota-setting methods. Then each chapter can take up to quota
even if that puts the chapter above campus total. A chapter that would still be below total even if it took quota can take more new members -- up to total, in fact. But it would depend on circumstances and decisions at Alabama.
