we had a thread regarding little known black history facts. I remember linking to mcdonalds via Tom Joyner. There were downloads for teachers, so check that thread.
I can't remember the name, though. Something about black history.
My mother taught MS science,too. She had a few posters of various AA scientists. I don't know what she did with them.
