I stumbled on this post while doing a search for "Baylor" but had to write and say that I totally feel the same way---and I thought I was the only one--whew!
I remember being in college dreaming about married life and how exciting the "real world" would be. These days I get nostalgic remembering all the good times in college. I miss having tons of close female friends that live right down the street--or across the hall. Don't get me wrong--I love being married---but a husband really can't replace a sorority sister :-) Unfortunately I haven't been able to find an active ADPi alumnae chapter in Northeast Houston.
On the positive side, I teach highschool so I do get to re-live my college memories with my students and promote greek life :-)
