Well being a freshmen it's a HS cutie that I was completely miffed about this past spring of my senior year. We met at a benefit concert being put on by her schools National Honor Society--she was selling cd's for one of the bands. She, her friend, my friend and me sat and talked for almost the entire concert, causing me to even miss one of my favorite bands (Ultimate Fakebook if anyone has ever heard of them) set. She reminded me of the model James King (it's a girl I swear) although obviously not that gorgeous. The following night after I got off of work she and two of her friends, along with my friend, came over (my parents were out of town). She and I talked until 3 that morning, me slightly drunk, while her friend from the previous night and my friend did some rather interesting things while "checking e-mail" unbeknownst to us. This girl seemed like a perfect match for my situation, she didnt' want anything too serious b/c we would be graduating in about 6 weeks, she didn't care if a guy wouldn't call her everynight (she had broken up w/ her last bf b/c they hadn't seen each other in 3 weeks, and it bothered him). We hung out again as a group the original 4 of us, about two weeks later--She told me she would have gone to prom with me, but she had a state musical festival that was being held 4 hours away (this was true).

Over the next three weeks, it proved impossible to get a hold of her. I talked to her once, and she promised that we do something together, but I never heard from her. Finally I called her from a friends cell that she didn't know the number of, and I she picked up--she swore that she never checked her messages ever, saying she didn't know how. Finally I asked for her house number--it turned out to be bogus, and I left a scathing message on her cell, b/c I knew that she did check b/c I had been with her once when she checked, and she also told someone how to do it. I never actually cared if we went out or not, but the lack of respect for her not to be honest enough and say that she didn't like me like that really pissed me off. All I ever ask is that someone will tell me one way or the other. She still sticks out in my mind because she would have been the hottest girl I had ever gone out with but...anyways she's at Kansas State now in some house, I'm not sure which, but perhaps I'll run into her when my pledge class is down there for our sneak. That'd be quite humorous.
