What the authors said is that the platinum BAP card is only good in AKA and DST sororities, and that members of SGRho and Zeta Phi Beta who were BAPs slipped through the cracks, and could be forgiven despite their choices in sororities.
I think they could have said AKA and Delta without SATIRICALLY bashing the other two organizations, but humor does that sometimes.
