Question for the fellow techies...

Ok, so I've had the wireless network for the apartment up and running. It's in secure mode, got network keys for everyone and all. We had to move the router out of the living room today, so I just put it in my room since I'm the resident computer geek. Roomie on the other side of the house is able to connect, but it shows up as "little-to-no connectivity." It's probably 30 feet to her computer from the router. I personally don't think it's a distance thing, because we pick up signal from other networks across the courtyard (people apparently label their networks by apartment number). Not to mention that even when it was in the living room and probably only 2/3 as far as it is now (long story), she had troubel connecting to our network. So wth could it be, other than maybe a defective card on her end?

Discuss, please.
