I am not accusing everyone in the thread that has commented on this subject as having not read the book, what you have taken the time to quote is just what it means "for those that haven't read the book" it is similar to what you are accusing AR of doin.
Period.
This thread is old and like kddani said just about everyone has read the book by now.
