I can understand all 3...granted, I'm BOTH FVP and Secretary for my chapter....but recording secretary is a thankless job. Maybe I'm just biased, but I can understand the reasoning, even though I cant quite explain it. The secretary isn't a VP position, but she has an important role, and "power" (not quite the right word) in other ways.
