Do the other chapters on campus have houses? If they do, Housing Corporation should be able to help out in finding a house for you guys. We colonized in 2002 and immediatly had a house on our Greek Court (actually the University said that if we were picked to colonize, DG would have to sign a 4 year lease). The girls that live in the house pay rent (to house corp. and house corp. pays the University) and everyone in the chapter pays a "parlor fee" to pay for upkeep of the common areas.
