For you to make a Fraternity, you first need to figuer out which one you would like to have, then you need to inquiry bout what needs to be done to make a Colony, pre-fraternity, at your school. I am in starting myself a Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity at my school and am in the middle of findoing out what needs to be done.
