Congratulations on deciding to go through recruitment. Recommendations are great to have, but all NPC groups consider them a very important and serious matter. Therefore, most women will not write you a rec simply from a resume/info letter sent via email.
I would suggest you visit the NPC main site (
http://npcwomen.org). There you can look up local alumnae panhellenics which may be able to help you locate NPC affiliated women in your area.
