A skit is a short play and information about Sigma is incorporated into it. For example...there is one called the Grease skit and it is based off of the movie Grease and the script talks about sisterhood and we sing about it while doing this ridiculous dance
It is basically a fun way to introduce your sorority to PNMs but you have to be careful about what skit you do. It can really make or break your recruitment. It is best to pick something easy that is fun for the PNMs and for the initiates as well.
