Oh, I am the queen of bargain shopping. My friends tease me that I don't see anything in a store unless it's under a SALE sign.
I get a lot of my clothes at Kohl's...the prices are reasonable to begin with and they're ALWAYS having good sales. If something I want isn't on sale this week, it probably will be next.
Target is a good place for basics (I get a lot of t-shirts there) and Meijer has some department-store brands. I am also a big fan of the off-price stores: Nordstrom Rack (Shoe heaven! My friend Laura and I have been known to do serious damage there!), Marshalls/TJ Maxx, Filene's Basement, Loehmann's, Syms, Century 21 when I'm in NYC. Outlet shopping rocks too, although some stores have better deals than others.
