The Greek Life office should have a list of women who went through recruitment, and also a list of those who did not get bids with Gamma Phi Beta. Have you contacted them with your ideas yet? If you have, I would suggest scheduling a meeting with the greek advisor and getting the information from her. They keep all of that on record. I know that in a normal greek system with more than one sorority, sororities know what women went bidless, and thus, can have the opportunity to snap bid or invite them to COB. By starting a new group, I would think you'd have a real need for this information.
