I hardly ever do this, but I am going to be slightly anal for about two seconds:
Morale.

One of my fav things we did was all the sisters got big index cards placed on their backs. Then you went around and wrote something great about that sister on her index card. You didnt sign your name to it though.
I still have mine. It was awesome to see all the wonderful things my sisters said about me- it totally made my rush week. I still have the card today in my scrapbook.

Sometimes having a sister circle is good, too.
You all sit in a circle and pass a candle or a squirrel and say one reason why you love alpha gam, or a particular sister or something about your particular chapter. you go around the circle once or twice and it really does kind of make everyone emotional. It's really sweet.

I always loved snowball fights.
Everyone sits in a circle and writes a unique fact about themself (I only eat blue M&M's or My mom had a book published or even I once threw up on a waiter in a fancy restuarant) on a sheet of plain white paper- then you wad it up and throw the "snowball" at a sister across the circle, she throws the snowball and so there is a huge snowball fight going on. Someone hollers STOP and calls on a sister to grab a snowball near her and read it, then she has to try and figure out what sister wrote it. It's a lot of fun and you learn a lot of interesting things about each other.
