We are in the process of planning the Executive Board retreat. In the past this has been a bit looked over, but it's very important with the start of the new year.
I did a search under retreats, but found most sisterhood type stuff.
I was hoping for any insight on what advisers/chapters do specifically for their executive board. Most importantly how to communicate the importance of their role? How do you show them their role as head of a committee, etc?
Any and all advice is appreciated.
FYI-Alpha Phi is on a fall/winter election system, so these officers have been in place since December for this chapter.
