If it means anything, I catch a lot of crap for half the ish that I post, not only on GC but also on LJ as well...but many of the fine folx of our organization know all too well that this is how I am -- and they know that my opinions do not reflect the Fraternity's opinions in any way.
Sure it'd be easy to just start all over, but for what? It's really not worth it.
