Hootie, my story is similar. I'm a Sigma Kappa at the University of Arizona.
Our house use to be a Delta Zeta house. They left campus in 1978 (I think...since we came to campus in 1979). I'm not sure why they left campus, but supposedly a Delta Zeta member was killed when she was hit by a car on a busy, nearby road.
Well, you can only imagine some of the stories that have come to life as a result of this incident.
Even now, one of my sisters tells of weird occurences through out the house. She, and the rest of the house refer to her as Zeke (I don't know why). Personally, I have not experienced any paranormal activity, but it's interesting to listen to other people's stories.
