I don't know if this was part of a weird affirmative action thing in the store's eyes or what, but one time I went to the Abercrombie in NYC and the girl who was working the dressing room was about a size 8 or a 10 (which by Abercrombie standards is huge) and wasn't wearing makeup or anything and had a few pimples and kinda frizzy hair. She was still really pretty, but it felt so surreal seeing a real person working at Abercrombie.
