My
mom got me the KD thong as a gag gift. It's a little more tasteful than the ones y'all are talking about--it only has a green bear on the front, not actual letters or a crest. Still, it was kind of funny.
Anyway, I don't really see a problem with any of the items listed here, except for the dirty-sounding event shirts and things not worn in a classy manner. The tissues, as mentioned before, are probably special-occasion things, and the shot glasses? I have one because I thought it was kind of funny (even though I don't drink and we'd be in biiiiig standards trouble if one came out at a drinking party). Besides, shot glasses are happy little collectable things that you can get almost anywhere--might as well have one for my sorority, eh? I guess my biggest complaint are people wearing things with letters that just don't look good on them--belly rings on flabby bellies, four-sizes-too-small t-shirts, lettered thongs sticking up over your pants, or lettered tank tops with bra straps hanging out, etc.
