The reason that he has not been to trial is because the police had to drop the charges due to the fact that the evidence was shady. Now, the parents of the girl who he comitted the act with decided not to press charges. He bought them a shoe store and (a PT cruiser for the girl...cheap date). The problem is that these young girls want to be grown too fast and they present themselves in that manner. Blame the parents too for allowing their young girls to dress very skimpy. I am from Chicago and believe me it is like that!
