I pulled my Britney costume together in about 2 hrs. I found a navy blue uniform skirt at Walmart, and I already had the sweater, white shirt and black bra.
The mall was totally out of the pink hair furries, because EVERYONE was Britney that year. So I went BACK to Walmart and bought some white fur trim that I made into scruncies in the car on the way home (I wasn't driving).
Amy, hope you've got more time to pull your costume together than I did! The party was kinda last minute.
