Somebody who knew about the "lost episodes" would take that as Emma referring to Manny's pregnancy, but somebody who hasn't seen those would just think it meant "At least I can't get pregnant from oral sex."

That's true, but in some of the other episodes from the season immediately follow the abortion, they brought it up once or twice. When I was watching the marathon last weekend, it was brought up in a veiled kind of way. To those of us who haven't seen the episodes, we feel cheated. To those who don't know about the episodes, you feel like you are missing something.
I may have to download the episodes because I never watched them and I want to see them.
