The comedic effect she was referring to was the fact that the letters read "KOK" and "DOG" rather than K[insert Omega here]K and D[insert Omega here]G. It wouldn't have been the same if they used OMEGA as opposed to OMICRON.

KOK yes, but for DOG, the D is a Delta and the G is a Gamma which doesn't make it as obvious a visual joke.
