Every GLO may have different rules, so aside from members of your GLO I doubt any of the rest of us can help you.
I would imagine alot depends on the reason a membership was cancelled and whether it was voluntary (you turned in your pin) or involuntary (your pin was pulled). Frankly with ADPi I've never known anyone or even heard of anyone whose membership was cancelled then they came back later wanting to be reinstated. I can't say it hasn't happened, only that I don't know of any. There is an appeals process that someone may pursue immediately after a cancellation has been decided on and before it becomes official from the Int'l Org. But that's different than what you're talking about here.
But here's something that you should strongly think about before you proceed down this road. It sounds like your membership was cancelled based on your inappropriate and as you said immature actions. Even if it were possible for you to return, would your brothers welcome you with open arms? Would they even give you the opportunity to prove you have matured and are a changed man?
Membership cancellation is a Chapter's absolute last resort. In every case we have tried...and tried...and tried to get through to that member what our expectations are and the consequences if they don't live up to them. That person chose to ignore those warnings, otherwise there would have been no reason to cancel the membership. (Side note, I often wonder if they thought we were joking because they always seem surprised to hear the Board's decision.)
Frankly, there are few if any I would ever want to see return as an active. It wouldn't matter how much they profess to have changed. In most cases, I'd heard that promise from them too many times before. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but that's been my experience in these matters.
