Well, I am sure someone else has more in depth instructions, but I would say begin at the school you plan to attend. Look at the website and then go to the website of each chapter and then their national website. Look up Greek Life and look for Recruitment dates and fees.
Get an overview of what is out there and then go through Recruitment with an open heart.
