These are interesting and extremly valid questions in light of this recent supreme court decision.
I beleive it is only a matter of time before a university decides to grab a piece of property out from under a GLO. Expect to see this ruling used more and more to "steal" private property.
As I recall, we fought a war about 200 years ago to throw off the yoke of tyranny from a government not ruled by the people.
