I wonder if eventually this decision will come around to bite some GLO butt.
Can a public university use eminent domain to take a GLO house in a choice location, so they can build a dorm/auditorium/etc?
Can a private univ. get the local mayor to eminent domain a GLO house on the edge of campus, promising to build a new basketball arena/convo ctr. which will suck tourist/alumni dollars into the town?
