Wow, SapphireSphinx9, you've got issues...ever consider a single? These stories are a lot to measure up to, but I'll give it a shot:

So, I lived in an on-campus apartment, 6 girls to an apartment, but we each have our own rooms. It's a pretty cool set-up, but there's some drawbacks, starting with somebody we'll call K. K moved in when one of my roommates moved out and I knew her by face, but not much else. Turns out she's got a boyfriend who was in our apartment CONSTANTLY. Of course that pisses me off b/c I don't want to come out of my room in a towel or in my bra first thing in the morning, on my way to the shower, to see him coming out of MY steam-filled bathroom saying, "It's all yours, I'm done." The bathtub was ALWAYS dirty after he started coming over, there was a jet-black ring around the bottom, including the edges of the shower curtains (and we were never able to get that off). K had the nerve to complain that nobody would clean the tub when it's dirty, well it didn't start turning black until her man starting using it! I mean really, visiting's fine, but come on, he sleeps here, bathes here, and has food in our fridge! BROTHA LIVES HERE!!! If you want him to live with us, just ask us it's not that hard. Then to top it all off, her bed was in a corner, and on my side of the wall, my desk and bed met. So it seemed like one too many times, whether I was studying or trying to sleep, all of a sudden there'd be this "scritch-scratch" sound on my wall. The first time, I thought it was coming from the window, but then realized it was coming from the corner. I put my ear to the wall, thinking there was some animal inside the wall or something, only to hear ragged breathing and moaning, on top of the scratching. I tried to ignore it at first, but in between scratches, there's these huge THUDS---girlfriend was punching the wall. I mean these were hard, my wall shook like there was an earthquake going on. She kept hitting it until the light fixture kept flickering and then FELL OUT OF THE WALL. I was so pissed, I kind of lost myself after that. I put my ear to the wall again, and listened until I could tell by her breathing that I was right next to her head. I RAISED MY FIST AND BEAT THE HELL OUT OF THAT WALL!!! There was absolutely no mistaking that message, they shut up sooooo fast. I know, that was so wrong, but it was too funny and I was able to finish studying. It didn't stop there, though, after the second time, I politely told her to keep it down b/c all that noise was interrupting my study/sleep time. She obliged for a few weeks, then went right back at it. But she started turning up the TV really loud, so I couldn't hear the scratching or moaning, but all that did was piss me off that my light and wall were shaking AND I couldn't concentrate because her movie was playing through the wall. I came home late one night and they were going at it so loudly that I could hear them from the kitchen and that's when I just felt disrespected. What if I'd had company over? I slipped her a note under her door telling her that either she move her bed to a different wall and keep it down or I'd file a complaint with our community apt. assistant. (I probably wouldn't have really, but it did the trick). The next day, she moved her bed to the other side of the room, the wall that's against the bathroom. I could still hear them if I went pee in the middle of the night, but I didn't complain, it was good enough for me, at least I could sleep.
