Personally I have no problem hating someone I've never met in person...
anyone ignorant or stupid enough to proclaim racist policies or beliefs - hate them.
anyone ignorant or stupid enough to preach hate and intolerance based on sex, colour, religion, or county - hate them.
anyone who thinks rape or sexual abuse is humorous or some deserved - hate them.

It's pretty simple if I find the above beliefs or views an anathema to me, then the supporters or adherants to them are equally reviled.
