Agreed. You'll almost certainly show up anemic due to how much blood you've lost recently, but the doc should be able to tell you more.

Nosebleeds can be an indicator of a lot of serious blood disorders (including von Willebrand's disease, which I have - a clotting disorder.)

Of course, it can also just mean you're prone to nosebleeds. I dated a guy freshman year who got them ALL the time. Just ran in his family. Decades ago they used to cauterize the capillaries in the nose to stop the problem, but not anymore....
