It's never to early to start sharing ideas about what is going on at your chapters in preperation for all the PNM!

-Anyone have an event that didn't go well & need suggestions?

I'm an alumna and I help with my undergrad chapter so I would love to hear ideas and things that we might possibly be able to incorporate into our recruitment efforts.
I have some questions to get this ball (& board rolling again):
-What do you guys do for Open House? (attire, food, games etc)
-Do you do anything at the beginning of the year "pre-recruitment" to introduce Sigma into the PNM lives (banners welcoming students to campus, wear letters every Monday)
-If you come from a chapter which has improved in numbers in recent years..how did you go about the process? My undergrad chapter, which is 3 years old, is currently about 4th in numbers and still the only national group so we are still trying to identify our niche & more effectively show how amazing Sigma is.
