I hardly get a chance to leave the hotel during Conventions so it could be Timbuktu for all I care. Detroit would be ideal for me, so I wouldn't have to deal with travel
I've been to 3 conventions, two of them in Chicago. Both Chicago conventions, I had a half day to sight see. In Atlanta, I didn't leave the hotel except to go back to the airport! When I'm 70, I look forward to going to a Convention with no responsibility attached!
