Crying in public....ummm.....NO…the only time I cry in public is at a funeral.

But you know...nothing is wrong with a good cry, once in a while.

I haven't had a good cry in years, I used to have them twice a year, just to let it out and it wasn't at the drop of a hat, I don't understand how people can cry at a drop of a hat.

I just usually sit in my room think about some things and just cry, it doesn't last long, I don't throw hissy fits and after the cry is over, I go about my business. But mostly I turn on some really hard pounding music.

I love listening to music, but I have found myself listening to it more and more and I think that has "relieved some of the good cry mechanism”
