Ok, so three of the four organizations have had my letters for 21 days now (ok, well, really only 12 working days) and the forth one that was returned to me because I noted the wrong mailing address on the envelope (but not on the actual letter inside - my mind obviously was elsewehere that day!) has probably had the letter for only a week and a half or so.

I think I might follow up with the national offices of the three organizations on Monday with a phone call. I hope that's not too early. Since all of the offices are in a different time zome than me, and I don't really have the oppertunity to call from work, I'm going to get up on the earlier side one morning and make a few calls to be sure they received the letters.

Sheesh, I have no patience.

Be patient definitely!!! Contact takes time...things maybe happening that preclude handling your paperwork at the National office.

For example (cause I only know MY office), anything going to the Phi Mu Executive Office in the last week and for probably the next 2 weeks is going on the back burner. Our executive office is moving into our new headquarters this week. There is no phone or email for staff members right now. So if you were to send anything there, don't except any word for several weeks...!

Our BEAUTIFUL new headquarters in Peachtree City, GA!!!
