My uncles had gone hunting the day before and brought back the deer one of them had shot and apparently you have to hang it so the blood drains or some such thing? So the dorks chose my swingset!
So that is my wildlife encounter and yes I am still in therapy for that one

This has happened to me on several occasions. My dad and brothers are serious hunters so they're always bringing home deer, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, if it's wildlife...it's been to my house. I just try to not watch while they're hanging it up and everything. I actually owned a squirrel a while back. We found the squirrel in a friend's shed. She had 3 little babies with her. She was injured so I brought her home. My dad built this huge cage for her to play in. Unfortunately my squirrels met their untimely demise when the neighbor's cat found out how to get into the cage.

...it was not a good day for Allison. LOL. Being from the country...I've also had some pretty interesting run ins with domestic farm animals too!!! But I'll save those stories for another thread.
