Ill add on to NOT use Sheer Blonde products by John Frieda. Ive had natural hair all my life, have never damaged it and all of a sudden my hair is dryness central. I do, however, recommend Beach Blonde, as well as Biolage. And I LOVE Garnieräs deep conditioners, especially the one with the orange cap smells yummy!
