You're chucking the topic here - you should run down the exact situations in which free speech is limited. Then you'll see how little that applies to this topic.

Well, since there's never been any conclusive proof to suggest that 'conditioning' via videogame, television, reading books, seeing network news, driving through a rough part of town, or listening to your grandfather spout quasi-racist innuendo or any similar stimulus leads to violent behavior or contributes to some sort of bizarre psychological 'activation' of violent outbursts, you'll be hard-pressed to win any sympathy from me here.
The courts will do what they've done so far with similarly uninformed attempts at defense: throw them out.
